1. The service
JobRhythm is a construction operations platform for residential trade contractors. It helps companies coordinate crews, schedules, piece-work contracts, materials, and job communications. Access is provided to the organization that opens an account (the customer) and to the users that customer invites.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your users. We may suspend access if an account is used in a way that threatens the service, other customers, or the law.
3. Customer data
You keep ownership of the operational data you enter into JobRhythm (jobs, crews, contracts, files, and similar records). You grant us permission to host, process, and display that data only to provide the service, to secure it, and to meet legal duties. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service. That includes attempting to break security, scrape or overload the platform, upload unlawful content, infringe someone else’s rights, or use JobRhythm to send spam or deceptive content. If you connect a third-party account, including TikTok, you must follow that provider’s terms as well as these terms.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on providers we do not control, such as payment processing, email delivery, or a social platform you choose to connect. JobRhythm Content Agent, when enabled, uses the permissions you grant on that platform only to perform the actions you request. Those providers’ own terms apply to their services.
6. Trials, plans, and payment
Paid plans, trials, and renewal terms are shown at signup or in an order. Fees are billed in advance for the period you select unless a written agreement says otherwise. Taxes may apply. If a payment fails, we may limit access until the account is current.
7. Intellectual property
JobRhythm, its software, design, and trademarks stay ours or our licensors’. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you. You receive a limited right to use the service for your internal business while your subscription is active.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, JobRhythm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to JobRhythm for the service in the three months before the claim.
9. Ending access
You may stop using JobRhythm at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, or a legal requirement. Sections that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) remain in effect after access ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. If a change is material, we will post the update on this page. Continued use of the service after the update means you accept the revised terms.
