1. Who we are
JobRhythm provides a construction operations platform for residential trade contractors. For privacy questions, contact team@jobrhythm.net.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, role, and login credentials for people who use JobRhythm.
- Customer content: schedules, crews, contracts, jobs, messages, files, and other records the customer enters.
- Billing data: plan, invoices, and payment status. Card numbers are processed by our payment provider, not stored in full by JobRhythm.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and logs needed to secure and operate the service.
- Cookies: a session flag in the browser and an HttpOnly refresh cookie used to keep you signed in. The marketing site may use essential cookies to load the page.
3. How we use it
We use this information to provide and secure JobRhythm, authenticate users, bill for the plan you choose, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
4. TikTok and other connected accounts
If you connect TikTok or another platform to JobRhythm Content Agent, we receive only the account data and permissions you approve (for example profile identity and the ability to publish content you ask us to publish). We use that data to operate the feature you enabled. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect the account in the product or in the third-party platform’s settings. TikTok’s own privacy policy applies to data TikTok processes as the platform.
5. Who we share it with
We share information with service providers that host the application, send email, or process payments, and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect JobRhythm, our customers, or the public from fraud or abuse. We do not share customer content with other JobRhythm customers.
6. Retention
We keep account and customer data while the subscription is active and for a limited period afterward so the customer can export records or we can meet accounting and legal duties. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
7. Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and tenant separation so one customer’s data is not available to another. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to what we must keep for the customer’s account or the law. Company administrators control most operational records inside their JobRhythm tenant. Contact team@jobrhythm.net to make a request.
9. Children
JobRhythm is a business product. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We will update the effective date on this page when this policy changes. Continued use of the website or the product after an update means you accept the revised policy.
